Space Productiv was approached by Select Interiors, a Manchester-based fit-out company, to deliver a high-quality, bespoke solution that maximised available footprint without compromising on design or compliance.

The space had a modern, industrial design with ample natural light and a spacious floorplan. To make the most of the high ceilings, a mezzanine floor was installed to maximise vertical storage capacity. This addition provided the business with greater flexibility to accommodate large groups for events and parties.
