Pigeon hole racking is the ideal solution for handloading and unloading long lengths of stock from split packs. The individual compartments allow separation of differing stock profiles for speedy picking by handlers. It is most used for lengthy items such as copper or aluminium pipes or tubes, timber, PVC, PVCu, steel strips, metal bar, tube and plastic drainage pipes.
Rather than using stacking equipment to access product, in Pigeon Hole racking, product is loaded and unloaded by hand, making it ideal for production and manufacturing environments.
Space Productiv Pigeon Hole racking is designed specifically for each customer, with the individual holes differing in size or length, depending on the dimensions of the product. If required, the vertical beams that form the ‘pigeon hole’ can be designed to be adjustable, allowing for greater storage flexibility.
